TREO acquired the former Florida City Campsite & RV Park and formed a joint venture with Century Homebuilders Group and DoubleC (Conconcreto) to develop a large-scale mixed-use community featuring multifamily residential units, retail, offices, and a charter school. The project was approved in October 2023.

A strategic acquisition between TREO Group and Century Homebuilders Group of an 11.6-acre development site on South Krome Avenue in Homestead, positioned along one of the corridor's key commercial thoroughfares.
Redland Sites — SW 192nd Avenue
33700 & 35655 SW 192nd Ave, Redland
TREO affiliates sold two development parcels in the Redland area west of Homestead to Lennar Corporation for $21.75 million. Lennar subsequently filed plans for the 125-townhome Century Parc Villas North community on the site.
Pine Isles — Homestead
28600 SW 132nd Avenue, Homestead
A TREO affiliate sold the former Pine Isles Mobile Home Community to Lennar Homes for $29 million. The 43.7-acre site had been rezoned for 456 single-family homes, and Lennar developed the community as Pine Vista.
TREO Kingman — Homestead
SW 152nd Avenue & Mowry Drive, Homestead
TREO acquired 77.3 acres of farmland in Homestead in 2013 for $3.78 million and sold the approved single-family development site to Lennar Corporation for $10.75 million. Lennar developed the site with smart homes integrated with Amazon Alexa technology.
