Mr. Boudet-Murias’ career has been focused on the real estate development and construction industries in Florida. His previous experience includes the development and/or construction of hotel, residential, office and retail properties, including the development and construction of single family and low density, multi-family projects in South and Central Florida. He was recruited by City of Miami Mayor Manuel A. Diaz to serve as his Senior Economic Development Advisor from 2002 to 2005 and as an Assistant City Manager/Chief of Planning & Economic Development from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Boudet-Murias graduated in 1992 from Brown University with a B.Sc. In Engineering with a concentration in civil engineering and a sub-concentration in economics. He is a state-certified contractor, state-licensed mortgage broker and an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He is a managing member of TREO and is president and principal of Ivy Properties, Inc.
